We are excited to see you in Emporia at the end of this month for the Dynamic Discs Open!

All players competing in the A-Tier must be current PDGA members. If you have not renewed your membership or joined the PDGA, please do so before April 22nd. After the PDGA rating update in the second week of April, we will shuffle players into appropriate divisions if their ratings preclude them from the original division they signed up to play.

Competitors in the DGPT event must be both current PDGA members and certified officials. Please ensure your certification is valid through all DGPT Dynamic Discs Open tournament dates.

Since the Disc Golf Pro Tour participants will be utilizing the Supreme 18 DGC at Jones Park, camping will NOT be allowed at Jones Park. Please view alternate lodging and camping options at www.dynamicdiscsopen.com.

Jones Park and the Emporia Country Club will be closed to everyone except DGPT players from Monday, April 25th thru Sunday, May 1st. This is because the DGPT players need to practice the courses and have dedicated warmup areas throughout the week.

If you are playing in the A-Tier and would like to spectate at the DGPT portion of the event (Emporia Country Club and the Supreme 18 at Jones Park), please visit Eventbrite to purchase Spectator Passes. A limited number of passes are available for the first two rounds on Thursday (4/28) and Friday (4/29) at Jones Park. Several more tickets are available for the third and fourth rounds at the Emporia Country Club on Saturday (4/30) and Sunday (5/1).

1. Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
2. Players packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check-in. ID required.
3. Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
4. Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
5. Waitlist players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus the $1.34 processing fee from Disc Golf Scene.

CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ
Any cancellation before March 1st will receive a full cash refund minus a $5 processing fee.

Cancellations in March will receive a full cash refund minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you may choose between a 50% cash refund or a 65% refund in merchandise credit to www.dynamicdiscs.com.

Cancellations from April 1st to April 16th will receive a full cash refund minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you may choose between a 25% cash refund or a 40% refund in merchandise credit to www.dynamicdiscs.com.

Cancellations after April 16th will receive a full cash refund minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you will receive no refund.

Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.
