Hello Disc Golfers!
Thanks so much for choosing to play the Washington County Doubles this weekend.   We are excited to be running the event and it's great to see everyone out playing.  Thanks so much for signing up and being a part of it!

On to the details:

-This event is a shotgun start.  We will start at 9:00 a.m.  That means you should be on your hole and ready to throw at 9:00 a.m.  There will be no player meeting.  This email is your player meeting.  

Round 1 everyone will play the LONGS at Creekside  
Round 2 everyone will play Waxhaws 

There will be no board for this player meeting.  Everything will be shown on the PDGA event page.  We will be using live scoring as the primary scorekeeping and the backup will also be pdga live scoring.  Two people should be logged in keeping score at all times.  
-The website for the PDGA live scoring app is www.pdga.com/scores and the password for the event is: dubs22

EVERY CARD MUST KEEP A DIGITAL SCORECARD!!!  

We will post hole assignments on the PDGA event page.  That can be found here: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/63745  
We will post starting holes on Friday around 6:00 p.m.  We will also post starting holes here during lunch for the second round. 

You will have an hour for lunch after the last card is turned in.  We will post the second-round tee time on the PDGA page as well as the Dynamic Discs Northwest Arkansas Facebook Page.  

PAYOUT 
Pros: Pros will be paid out via Paypal on Monday.  If your Paypal address is different than the address you used to sign up for the event, please let me know before you leave Saturday.  

Ams:  Ams will be paid out via store credit.  You will be able to check out your store credit as soon as we get it figured out via this Google Doc: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VDNzH2LdnQ30mxVwfUJDeTPErpcyoaMeek5WzOnsN8E/edit?usp=sharing

PLAYER PACKS:All Ams will receive an aluminum can coozie, mini and Beach Glider in their player packs.  Player packs can be picked up by the DDNWA van in the parking lot at Creekside before 8:45 a.m.

OB

There will be no OB sheets for this event.   OB will be listed on the PDGA scoring app, below in this email and on the discgolfscene.com page where you signed up for this event.  

OB at Creekside:
1. Across fence on left.2.  Across fence on left.3.  Across fence on left.4. Across fence on left. 12. In or across street. 13.  MANDO!  If mando is missed proceed to the drop zone by the sign with a 1 stroke penalty.  

OB at Waxhaws:OB on or across any sidewalk or road.  11.  Mando!!!  If mando is missed proceed to drop zone by the sign with a 1 stroke penalty.
