    Round one start time. All teams play alternating shot format.

    MODIFIED Alternating shot format:

    The format for the first round is MODIFIED Alternate Throw where the tee throw alternates between the two team members.

    After the Tee off, the partners alternate throws just as in normal Alternate Throw.

    Which partner tees off on hole one to begin the round is decided by the throwing team.

    Using the wrong partner’s throw on any hole is considered a misplay on that hole and a one-throw penalty will be assessed.

    12:30pm - 4:00pm

    Round two start time. This is only an estimate for the start time. Round two will begin when the tournament director onsite declares the official start time. It will be communicated to the teams in attendance once round one has been completed by ALL teams.

    Round two - All teams play Modified Best Disc Format

    MODIFIED Best Throw is where both partners may throw from the tee, but at no time may a single partner’s tee throw be used for three consecutive holes.

    If one partner’s tee throw has been used for two consecutive holes, the other partner’s tee shot MUST be used on the next hole.

    After the tee-off, both partners make the next throw and the rest of the hole is completed using regular Best Throw format where the team determines which partner’s lie to throw from.

    Using the same partner’s tee throw on a third consecutive hole is considered a misplay on that hole and a one-throw penalty will be assessed.

    4:30pm

    Scores and payout will be posted for the event.

    Merchandise payout for amateur teams may be redeemed at Dynamic Discs Carrollton during store hours. Cash payout for pro teams will be sent via PayPal by the end of Monday, November 29, 2021.

Refund policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2019
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2019 season, it may change for specific events.
