Ledgestone Dye Academy

DYE ACADEMY Ledgestone is a disc dyeing workshop being held on August 5th from 10am-8pm at the Peoria Art Guild. The Academy will include five 90 minute classes, each focusing on different disc dyeing techniques. We will be offering classes on glue beds, stencils and hot dipping, hand painting and textures, pouring techniques, and spin dyes! $40 gets you a discraft disc in ESP or Z plastic to dye, and access to a workshop of your choosing where our artists will provide the supplies and guide you in dyeing your own disc. There are only 20 slots available per class.

12:00 - 1:30 Hot/Dips + Stencils (Diran Misak, Kateri Gehling)

2:00-3:30 Pours (Michael O’hearn, Jeff Beaty)

4:00-5:30 Hand Painting/Textures (Tiffany Shaw, Kateri Gehling)

6:30-8:00 Spins (Michael O’hearn, Diran Misak)
