Can a person still join not to play the tournament but just to play alongside the people playing in the tournament?

I would assume yes since I had a "casual" on my card at the Lower Badlands event a few months ago....Eagle & Pat should sign up and take some easy money though ;)

You can so long as you have 3 players minimum that are in the tournament
