Will we be using snow play for the tournament? Allowing the use of ribbions on discs. (I have not been down to the course in a few days so I don't know the depth of the snow)

Is there any chance of this getting canceled or are we playing regardless? Where's best place to keep up to date of possible changes?

This is happening. I cleaned the tee pads yesterday and we should get some snow melt today.

Brandon do you think you can move me to the 12-1 time if a slot comes open so I can play with some buds in that slot?

I think there is an 11 to 12 open. Try to get on that and coordinate to meet at 12

Is there any chance I could get on the 1:00-2:00 o'clock tee time to play along side my friends, if an opening becomes available? Should I take one of the available tee times for now?

I'm on the 12 to 1 and they are on the 1 to 2 so we can tee of together at 1 correct?

When are tee times going to be set? Can I request a later start, even if it's in the same time slot? Totally spaced something going on that morning

There are no specific tee times. The 1 hour time frame is your time. You are allowed to show up anytime in that 1 hour. You can either have your card planned with people in your time frame or you will get put on a card when you arrive

Is there a map or caddy doc of the course? I've only played it casually so I don't know the OB lines.

There are no ob lines for VG. We do not alter the course for flex start tournaments.

This is a sanctioned event so ribbons or any other device attached to the disc will not be allowed unfortunately.
Ok, so rule 813.01.B dose not apply to sanctioned events?
