I thought I did. I'll look

Jake Aaron   May 31, 2018 at 2:56pm

Okay. You should be good to go.

Dr Coach Green    May 21, 2018 at 3:08am

What kind of Jr. Mini did we get in the player's pack?

Dr Coach Green   May 21, 2018 at 3:09am

Never mind. I just found it.

Jake Aaron   May 21, 2018 at 3:34am

Good deal. I had originally said Truth but they didn't have enough blanks for customs so we went with Sheriffs.

Monte Miller    May 20, 2018 at 3:37pm

Had a lot of fun again this year!! You guys do a great job! Now....when are those scores gonna be posted?

Jake Aaron   May 20, 2018 at 4:39pm

I am working on them now. We grabbed one of the wrong scoreboards last night so I've got to get those scores back. I crashed last night by the time I made it back home.

Joshua Smith    May 19, 2018 at 10:36pm

Thank you so much for coming! Glad you enjoyed it.

So I got the confirmation email but where do I confirm it at the link doesn't lead to a confirmation page

Jake Aaron   May 18, 2018 at 8:37pm

The link should lead to a page that allows you to check your info to make sure it's correct and make any necessary changes.

Heather T    May 18, 2018 at 1:38am

We really wanted to play this tournament, we heard from everyone who has played it that it was a blast, but our daughter has a softball tournament that had to be rescheduled to this day. Is there anyway we can get a refund for our entry. Sorry about the complications and we were really looking forward to it.

Jake Aaron   May 18, 2018 at 2:45am

I understand. I'll get it processed. Hope to see you next year!

Heather T   May 18, 2018 at 2:47am

It will be for me and my husband. Brittain Trawick. Thank you

Had some things come up and I’m not going to able to make it Saturday, unfortunately. What’s the policy on returns?

Jake Aaron   May 17, 2018 at 7:56pm

It is just a $10 fee since I have someone to fill your spot.

Steven Hollingsworth   May 18, 2018 at 8:38pm

Thank you! I apologize for the inconvenience again. Much rather play, but can’t get out of work.

Jake Aaron   May 19, 2018 at 2:31am

Gotta make that paper.

Gene Sorg    May 16, 2018 at 8:36pm

The handbook shows red and blue courses. The registration lists course A and B. Which is which?

A-Red B-Blue

Dr Coach Green    May 14, 2018 at 4:13pm

Can we get addresses for these three courses used this weekend?

Kevin Turner   May 14, 2018 at 4:35pm

The addresses for the two courses used for the throwdown are listed on the flyer. The addresses for the two courses for Birdie and the Beast are also listed on the about page for that event.

What will happen if the weather turns for the worst Saturday

Jake Aaron   May 13, 2018 at 2:23am

As of now the thunderstorms are scattered and in the morning and evening. We will keep an eye on it and keep everyone posted. Hopefully we can get away with a delayed start time and if necessary, shorter break between rounds. The safety of the players is our main concern and we will follow the 1.07 ... more

I put in the wrong pdga number. Can you change it? #104937

Jake Aaron   May 3, 2018 at 11:54pm

Yes, no problem. I'll change it. There should be a link in your registration confirmation email that allows you to change things on your registration too. Just for future ref.

Jason Wagner    April 30, 2018 at 12:34am

What is the cut off to get in if you are waitlisted

Jake Aaron   April 30, 2018 at 7:04pm

Full refunds are going to be given through Friday, May 11th at 5pm. I will refund payments to all waitlisters on Monday, May 14th. I will update the tournament info and post it so others will know and anyone that can't make it can drop out.

Dave Rector    April 29, 2018 at 5:34am

Hello! Quick question:
Going through the process of getting on waitlist. I have to pay still? What if i dont make the cut? Thanks for your help.

Dave Rector   April 29, 2018 at 5:37am

Also willing to sponsor if theres still spots left for thaf as well

David Crauswell   April 29, 2018 at 4:54pm

Hi, Dave! You would pay the $45 registration and be put on the waitlist, but if a spot did not open, then we would refund you the $45. As for sponsorships, we have all levels available; the sponsorship sheet is attached to the DTTD page on here. We do not have any more new baskets if you were lookin ... more

Can I get on the waitlist for intermediate.

Jake Aaron   April 22, 2018 at 3:52am

Sure thing. If you register and select the division it will add you to the list. The waitlist is done by pools though, not divisions. There are 9 on the WL for that pool.

Brad Smith    March 27, 2018 at 5:44am

How many are on the waitlist for advanced?

Jake Aaron   March 27, 2018 at 5:54am

None for Advanced, but the waitlist is done by course and there are two on the list for that course.

Sorry for the late response. I am already signed up on the wait list (intermediate or Amateur Masters 40+). I would still like to do the sponsorship. Would I just need to pay the additional $155 at this point? I am hopeful that someone will enviably need to drop.

David Crauswell   March 25, 2018 at 1:01pm

Yes, you can PayPal us the remaining $155 to [email redacted] and note on the transaction that it is for the basket sponsorship. Also message me or Jake Aaron on FB with how you want the sponsorship to show on tournament materials, including any artwork you wish to include.

Jake Aaron   April 9, 2018 at 10:42pm

HI Blake! Are you still interested in a sponsorship for the Downtown Throwdown?
