You guys all ****ing rule. Thank you to everybody who came out today and played, bought raffle tickets, and just contributed to such a great and positive vibe in Showboat Park.

As you guys know, your buy-ins for the tourney go right back to the field in pay-outs. This fundraiser works on the 50/50 hole, and the raffle. This year, those two things, thanks to YOU ALL, raised us $1537 to put into the club fund. This brings us up to a current total of $6200 on the dot! We’re not too ... more

As you guys know, your buy-ins for the tourney go right back to the field in pay-outs. This fundraiser works on the 50/50 hole, and the raffle. This year, those two things, thanks to YOU ALL, raised us $1537 to put into the club fund. This brings us up to a current total of $6200 on the dot! We’re not too far from our basket goal, and some of that will need to go towards the new signs. All of that will hopefully be happening at the same time. Probably the spring.

So, now for the future. As you all know, October is always our charity fundraiser. Each year we have brought our community together to raise THOUSANDS of dollars for amazing causes. Every year has been so successful and this year I hope is no different. This year we will be donating the proceeds to an animal shelter. We have one we are targeting, but official plans need to be nailed down. I’m so excited, and those of you with little fur-buddies will be able to get behind this one.

Thank you again to Breaking Aces, SMI, Vincent Wasney, Joseph Date, and anybody else who donated today to make it such a success. What a day!

A couple of things for tomorrow.

1. We are opting to not cut hole 9 in half. The river is up and is very cloudy after the rain last night. In lieu of that, we will be playing the extra hole after hole 1. It gives you concrete to tee off from, and keeps you away from the water. Short 9 will still be played though.

2. The hole order is 1, A, 2-11, B (off the hill), 12-18.

3. CTP's will be mostly divisional, with the exception of 50/50. All CTP prizes will be additional raf ... more

MA2 - Short 9

4. There will be a throw off for the ace pool if it isn't hit.

5. Raffle ticket prices
$1 = 1 Ticket
$10 = 13 tickets
$20 = 28 tickets
$50 = 75 tickets

6. And finally, PLEASE try to park up top by the main pavilion. ALSO, PLEASE PLEASE leave some space next to the barns where we tend to park for leagues. The food truck will need access to the 50 Amp outlet up there on the side of the barn.
