What is the differenece between Round 1 and 2? Is Best Score Doubles essentially playing singles and taking the better overall score or what?

If it's the same as he had last year, Best Score means you and your partner are playing each hole individually, and taking the best of those scores. So if you score a par on a hole, and your partner scores a Birdie on that same hole, your team will take a birdie on that hole.
