To all players. Lunch is provided free of charge for all players Saturday. Lunch at all 3 courses will be grilled burgers with side. Saturday night player party will have dinner free for all players, chicken parm and spaghetti. Sunday we will be selling hot dogs and a side. If none of these options accommodate you, please plan accordingly.
For the B and C pool, awards are at Burchfield Sunday after your 3rd round. You will need to pay the park entrance fee. If you keep your receipt, turn it into me or Wes at tourney central and we will reimburse you.

After reviewing Rivers Edge - the course is still currently unplayable. The decision has been made to exclude Rivers Edge and incorporate Fitzgerald Park. If a miracle happens in the next couple days, we will reevaluate, but for now, this is the new schedule

A Pool - Saturday 2 Rounds Renegades Trail. Sunday Renegades Trail with tee times
B Pool - Saturday 2 round Grand Woods 21 hole layout. Sunday morning Fitzgerald Park
C Cool - Saturday 2 rounds Fitzgerald Park. Sunday morning Grand Woods 21 holes

For Grand Woods, both pools will play the road holes that run along holes 5 and 6 (they are currently flagged). The C pool will play the short pad on 13.
Fitz does require a fee for park entry - $3 for county residents, $5 for non. Please carpool. This last min change didn't allow us much time to coordinate entry fees with the park (we were lucky the park wasn't already booked)
Lunch will be proved at all 3 courses on Saturday.
After your 3rd round Sunday morning, everyone will meet at Burchfield for raffles, skins and awards. B and C pool should also be done with plenty of time to follow the lead MPO card. For the B and C pool, as you enter the park Sunday, you will need to pay the entrance fee of $3 or $5, please turn in your receipt to an event TD and we will reimburse you the Burchfield Park entrance Fee.
A pool - when you check in Friday at Grand Woods, you will be given 2 parking passes, one for Saturday and one for Sunday.

With all the rain we've had this year, I'm sure many of you who know the area can assume that the courses are rather "wet." Currently, most of Rivers Edge is not playable and many holes at Grand Woods are under water. If Rivers Edge remains unplayable, we will be adding Fitzgerald Park into the rotation. If this occurs, the A pool will play all 3 rounds on Renegades Trail, The B pool will play 2 rounds at Grand Woods and 1 at Fitzgerald and the C pool will play 2 rounds at Fitzgerald and 1 at Grand Woods. We do have the option to place alternates at Grand Woods to make up for the flooded holes.
I will make the final decision as to how the schedule will shake out Sunday evening and give a full breakdown of who needs to be where and when.
Due to this possible change, I know some will be disappointed they are not playing a certain course. We will refund anyone who is no longer interested in playing due to the change in courses. Please stay tuned for further announcements

Player party will start at 630pm at Grand Woods. Brian Earhart and Chandler Fry will be hosting a FREE clinic starting at 730pm. The clinic will be about an hour and go over driving, putting, and mental approach with a Q&A at the end. He will also have a Grip bag for one lucky random participant!

There will be an open fly mart that anyone can buy, sell and trade discs, including the pros. Discraft will have a sales tent up, as well as one of our big sponsors this year, Wander Disc Golf. We will have a distance contest with two divisions as well as a speed putting game and other fun activities. Free food (while it lasts) and music provided. All players and friends are welcome!
