$10 OF EACH ENTRY GOES TO COURSE

AMATUER PAYOUT IS BACK
Each Am Player Gets a choice disc for player pack
40% of each AM division will get merchandise payout
MUST HAVE 3 PEOPLE IN DIVISION FOR PAYOUT TO BE ISSUED

2 Rounds of Shotgun start.

Refund policy

Spike Hyzer Disc Golf Tour is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
A $5 Admin fee will be charged to all refunds, after 11/13 fee increaes to $10.
