What is Grit Discs?
Grit Discs is a mobile disc golf company that carries an impressive inventory of discs and disc golf accessories. Partnered with Neon Black Co which is a high end street wear & athletic wear apparel company that allows us to bring you the best on the market. With the partnership of Grit Discs and Neon Black our goal is to generate the best disc golf events in the world. Grit Discs and Neon Black have directed dozens of events for over 5 years that includes majors, A-tiers, B-tiers and much more. Our goal is to bring value to disc golf players through a friendly atmosphere, impressive products and top tier competition.

- All standard PDGA rules in play
- Singles Play
- 2 Rounds
- 1 Round of 20 Holes per day
- FREE Bottled Water and Granola Bars On-site for All Players!

- Scoring will be done digitally through PDGA Live. Everyone must Keep Score!
- DUE TO UPDATED 2024 PDGA RULES: EVERYONE MUST KEEP SCORE, EITHER PAPER OR DIGITAL SCORE CARDS!
All players will be playing for merchandise payout along with receiving a players pack.
- $50 per player will go towards amateur payout!

- BANNER (PROVIDED BY YOU) to be displayed on the fence at either NLV Par 3 or City View Park.
- Any banner over 3’ x 6’ must be approved by event staff.
- Must be dropped off by Friday March 1, 2025.

- BANNER (Provided us) to be displayed on the fence at either NLV Par 3 or City View Park.
- 3’x6’ Banner provided by staff.
- Artwork must be submitted by February 8th 2024 .
- Artwork Charge if you do not have your own additional $50.
- Get to keep the banner at the end of the event.
- Available until February 8 at 9:00am PST
Amateur Payout:
Amateur payout will be done through Grit Discs mobile store on site.
Once all cards are turned in Payout will occur.
Must be present for payout or have someone grab your winnings!
Trophy info:
- 1st Place Trophy will be provided to each division with 4 or more players.
Refund info:
There is a $10 handling fee for all refunds.
As of February 1st if you request a refund, you will only receive 50% of your entry fee back.
As of February 19, 2024 no refunds will be given out.
Future of this event…
The Grit City Amateur Championship is being built to become the premier amateur event in Las Vegas. This event will be built at NLV but the dream is to grow and be able to host this event at the prestigious Wild Horse Golf Club within the next 5 years. How do we do this? Well we need your help! High participation allows us to gather more sponsorships and allows us to generate the money necessary to rent out a larger venue such as Wild Horse.
Everyone loves the pros but we think it’s time for someone to take care of the amateurs in Las Vegas. Welcome to the Grit City Amateur Championship!
