Spring and warmer weather is just around the corner! Bring your family and friends to join us for this awesome doubles tournament out at the Taylor Disc Golf Course! This event is brought to you by Discmania Discs, OTB Discs, and our local disc golf shop, Fanatix! This is a trophy only event with tons of CTP prizes, designed to promote and grow the sport in our area. Proceeds are going towards local course expansions like new baskets and pads

Entry fee is $30 per player There are Team and CTP awards available, only one registrant needs to select in order to have it for the team.

This will be a 1 Round, Flex Start, 2 Disc, bring your own partner Doubles event. Your player pack and a partner will be all you need to participate. The player pack will consist of a Discmania P2 Putter, MD3 Midrange, a Wiregrass DGC towel, and some awesome swag with a 10% discount code from our sponsor OTB Discs! We will be sending groups out in cards of 2-3 teams starting every hour from 9am-2pm. You will play 1 round of 16 holes of best disc doubles, competing for the best score of the day using only your two player pack discs. Various tee pads will be used based on division to support players of all skill levels. Trophies will go to all 1st and 2nd place teams. CTP prizes, ace pot, and some fun Easter surprises hidden throughout the course!

Divisions
Novice - If you are brand new to Disc Golf and want to get in on some relaxed tournament action this one is for you. Restricted to an average rating of <850, highest player must be <900

Recreational - If you have been playing for a little bit sign up for rec. Restricted to a team average rating of <900, highest player must be <935

Intermediate - For those that are getting pretty good. Restricted to a team average rating of <935, highest player must be <965

Advanced - You know who you are. Team average rating must be <965

Family Duo - This is the division I am most excited for! Intended for Parent/Child teams and Couples to come out and enjoy disc golf together with some friendly competition. If you are a disc golf power couple and your team average rating is higher than 900 please sign up for one of the other divisions that better reflects your combined skill level.

Optional: Team Ace Pot / Team CTP / Extra Rounds
- Cash Prize Ace pot will be in play. There will be an ace pot CTP flag set up on a hole in case no ace is hit during the rounds. The closest 2 teams will split the ace pot. Payout can be provided by cash, or paypal if you are not present during awards

- CTPs will be paid out in plastic or Discmania gift cards. Ensure your email address is accurate, so they can be sent to you in case you are not present for the awards.

- For and additional $5 per round, your team can play again to try and improve your score. Last call for starting a round will be no later than 2:45.


This will more than likely be the last event I run for the Wiregrass DGC. I will be moving on to my next duty assignment this summer. It has been amazing watching the sport grow in our club, and our neighboring clubs. I hope to see you all out there for one last great event!
