Discin' After Dark Series: Howlin' at the Highlands Glow Disc Golf Tournament Sponsored by Dynamic Discs

About this tournament
18 hole layout (1-2, 8-13, and 18, played twice) in shotgun start format; a glow-round fun-draising event!
We will be using PDGA Live Scoring for event for this PDGA sanctioned XC-tier event (the X simply means that we're designating this as a fundraising tournament)! With this being a glow disc golf event, players must still use PDGA-approved discs in accordance with 813.01 (https://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf/81301), but "when night or snow play has been announced by the Director, players are allowed to add a material or device to assist in finding the disc."
All PRO Divisions Breakdown:
$40 Gross Entry Fee
- $2 PDGA Per Player Fee
- $2 Player Fee Match
=$36 Remaining Net Entry
-$9 (25% of Remaining Net Entry Fee as PDGA CEP-required donation to event charity)
=$23 ($27 85%=$23) towards PRO Payout and a $17 Charity Donation Per PRO Player
AMs will receive a premium player’s pack that will include a premium glow hot-stamp disc (molds/manufacturers subject to change due to availability).
AM player pack guaranteed for AM players registering within 3 weeks of day of event; otherwise AM player may receive a $25 gift card for use at the Discin’ Disciples Store
There will be no AM payout at this event.
A generous portion of funds from this tournament will be donated between the Discin' Disciples ministry and improvements to The Highlands at J. Travis Price Park.
We will have a jumbo CTP with a $40 Discin’ Disciples Gift Card as the prize along with an Ace Pot.
*If Ace pot is not hit, funds will be donated to Discin' Disciples ministry.

Refund policy
Discin’ Disciples is responsible for all refunds/cancellations/withdrawals.
We follow PDGA withdrawal and refund guidelines: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
Official withdrawals from either the registered list or the waitlist, must be initiated by use of the “Request a Refund” link found in the registrant’s original registration confirmation email from Disc Golf Scene.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Waitlist competitors who do not get into the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus $10 handling fee.
Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund and no player pack. This does not apply to waitlist registrants.
