Inaugural Discers 4 Whiskers® Pet Food Fundraiser hosted by Tri-Fly Disc Golf

Welcome all to the Inaugural Discers 4 Whiskers® disc golf pet food fundraiser brought to you by Tri-Fly Disc Golf at the West Delray Regional Park!

This event is a BYOP (Bring Your Own Partner) captains choice format and will be one round. We have four divisions including: (A) Pro/Advanced, (B) Intermediate, (C) Rec/Novice and (D) CoEd. The entry fee is $20 per player plus a 15+ pound bag of cat or dog food per player.

100% of the pet food and net proceeds from this charity event will be used to purchase pet food that we will donate to the Kibblez of Love Pet Food Bank & Rescue and All for One Pet Rescue.

The TEAM that brings the most pet food will win a Rodizio Dinner for FOUR from Lasso Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse in Ft. Lauderdale worth $248!!

Individual players may purchase mulligan's, one for $5 and three for $10. Our current raffle Grand Prize is a FREE year of Disc Golf Network ($129 value), a GRIPeq G Series disc golf bag & additional items will be added. Tri-Fly Disc Golf is donating CTP's of all holes! So grab your partner & join your fellow disc golfers in a fun filled day at West Delray Regional Park to help feed our furry friends.

After the round we will announce the results of our pet food fundraising efforts & also hold the raffle drawings. Raffle tickets are 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 7 for $20 and the "Big Whisker" is 20 tickets for $50! You do not have to be present to win any raffle prizes.

No one should have to choose between feeding their pet and feeding themselves!

Using existing layouts in UDisc, we are going with layout below:
Double Woods Loop 1-8, 16-18
1st Loop to Blue Baskets, 2nd Loop to Yellow Baskets

Pad Assignments:
A (Advanced/Pro) Pool: Long
B (Under 935 Rated) Pool: Long
C (Under 900 Rated) Pool: Short
Coed (Under 935 Rated) Pool: Short

Selecting your Pool:
You will notice we put rating caps on the lower divisions, this is to promote fair play throughout all divisions. Both players of the team must be under the cap to play in pool. If you are not a rated player, please be fair in your pool selection. TD reserves the right to move teams to pools deemed appropriate by the TD.

TRI-FLY Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Withdrawals requested prior to July 6, 2024 will receive 100% refund minus DGS Fees.

Withdrawals received July 6, 2024 or later will receive 100% refund minus DGS Fees, IF their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If there is no waitlist, players will receive 50% entry fee refund ($10), remaining funds will be donated to Pet Food Pantry.
