Hey folks, lets talk weather and refunds and all that fun stuff.
1) I am not a stickler for refunds. If you can't make it or you don't feel like its something you are going to enjoy, make a request. You'll get your money back less the fees that paypal and DGS take. Otherwise, you get max refund.

2) Tee times are not that strict. I'd like everyone to please, please stick as close to your tee times as possible but I realize that weather and other things cause issues. As l ... more

Is there a caddy book I’m missing. Or are we just playing the course straight up?

Caddy book is going out tomorrow. We are playing Cumberland straight up, no goofs. Only OBs are going to be out of the course, so roads, over fences, etc.

How’s the course look after the snow

According to people around the area, it got a dusting to about half inch, I want to say. Not really impactful and hopefully won’t be a sloppy mess. We have another round coming Friday into Saturday so morning tee times may be affected a bit

Thanks for the info

Hey josh is there a check in time before the first Tee Time or do we just show up at our tee time we signed up for??

Hey Matt, just show up 5 minutes before your tee time so I can do some last minute rules and make sure we are good with scoring, layout and all that fun stuff.

Hey Josh, Is there no FA3 or 2 for the ladies like you normally do?

Josh Rosa   January 11, 2023 at 6:48pm

I swear I check the boxes for them to display every time and yet it somehow makes me look like I didn't. I promise you, every event that I run will have equal MA and FA divisions, so if one isn't open, its because I am a doofus.

Letting everyone know we are doing an optional Ace Pot of $5. It is going to be a 50-50 pot in that half of the winnings goes directly to Care and Share, and the other half goes to the players that hit the ace. The hole aced must be more than 200 feet to be eligible to win. If no ace pot is hit, it all goes to Care and Share.

Is there an ability to throw (align tee times) if we decide to throw as a division (or parts of a division)? If we get player concurrence

Josh Rosa   January 10, 2023 at 5:58pm

I am sorry, Eric, you have lost me on this question? Are you wanting to set up tee times by division? If so, I think the challenge I run into with that is that not everyone is going to be available for specific times. Part of the Flex ability is that players, regardless of division, can drop in, pla ... more

I last played this course at this event a year ago, and understand some changes were made. I need a practice round, and would like to know if it’s tournament-ready with the changes. Par 6s are appreciated!

There will be no modifications to the course this time, so you are playing the course as-is. Everything is super short, for the most part, and so par 6's won't be necessary.
