Good afternoon Disc Golf for Good players,
Apologies for the late players meeting email as I've been waiting on some last minute entries to our players field. This email is being sent in place of a pre-round players meeting tomorrow morning, however we will be available to answer any questions as needed during check-in tomorrow morning. We will work to expedite our morning routine as to get playing, and hopefully beating any afternoon thunderstorms that may pop up!
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for signing up, and helping raise money for the Richmond County Chapter of the Autism Society of North Carolina. This is our 4th year doing this event, and as always I'm extremely appreciate of the support for this cause. $11.50 from each player goes directly to the charity along with our generous sponsors for the event. Below is some general housekeeping for tomorrow.....
Logistics:
- 2-Rounds, utilizing the 19-Hole Tournament Layout (all OB's, Hazards, and holes can be found on PDGA, UDisc, as well as at the bottom of this email)
- STARTING HOLES CAN BE FOUND HERE (SUBJECT TO CHANGE. PLEASE CHECK PRIOR TO TEEING OFF TOMORROW): Disc Golf for Good (CEP Charity - Rated)
- PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE WITH THE HOPE OF FINISHING EARLIER TO BEAT ANY STORMS:

We will be using PDGA Live Scoring: pdga.com/score (ALL PLAYERS REQUIRED TO KEEP SCORE)

Players Packs:
ALL AMs will receive a Tournament Stamped Shirt and $5 in Lucky Bucks to Lucky Disc Golf which will be sent via email after the conclusion of the event. ADDITIONAL shirts can be purchased for $20 a piece with all size options available from Small-3XL.
Trophies, Ace Pool, Raffle:
- 1st Place Trophies will be given out to all division winners at the conclusion of the event. Thank you to Carl Sluder for making these trophies again for us this year!
- The Ace Pot sits at $135 for tomorrow currently. If no ace is hit then the entire pot will be donated to the Autism Society.
- Raffles: All raffle winners will be announced at the conclusion of the event at tournament central after awards have been passed out for our 1st Place Winners. Prizes include chose of disc from the RCDGG CTP Bins, FREE Entry to ONE tournament of your choice for the remainder of the RCDGG calendar year, and several others.

19-Hole Tournament Layout
Out of Bounds:
Hole 1: Left of fairway, and beyond open space where basket is located. Marked by orange whisker markers.
Hole 4: On or Beyond Pathway. Marked by orange whisker markers. Mando marked on tree within the fairway. Proceed to drop zone.
Hole 11: Beyond basket. Marked by orange whisker markers.
Hole 13: OB in the tall grass on the right side of the fairway.
Hole 14: OB in the tall grass on the right side of the fairway.
Hole 16: On or beyond pathway
Hole 17: Short and in the creek. Go to Drop Zone.
Hole 18: OB within the rocks, lake, or grassy area between the pathway and the rocks. If OB play with 1-stroke penalty from last spot inbounds.
Hole 19: Island green marked by white paint. Proceed to drop zone with 1-stroke penalty if OB.
