Nate, you can get a refund minus the $10 all the way up to 72 hours before the start of the event.

Player notes will be sent out Thursday night before the event starts. Hole locations will be updated in those notes. Any CTPs or prize winners will be notified at the conclusion of the event.
Normally starting holes appear on the PDGA app after checkin (when the TD knows who actually showed up). When there is no internet, we get printed cards for the same purpose, but internet at Lev is decent. It's best to download PDGA Live before the day of the event.
