What direction will the mando on meadows hole 16 long go in relative to the tee and basket? There have been concerns in the past that with a mando in play players can just blast a shot into the woods on the left off the tee and advance 800ft up to the drop zone with only a stroke penalty. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

looks like this was updated, thanks!

Konner Lessard    July 12 at 3:45pm

Player notes were just emailed out. Hole assignments are posted. Please let me know if you didn't get the email.

David Hoth   July 12 at 4:10pm

I did not get the notes. I did accidentally sign up twice and got one refunded a while back

Konner Lessard   July 12 at 4:38pm

Just went in and tried sending one directly to you. Let me know if you get it, otherwise might need a different email address!

Konner Lessard    July 10 at 3:14pm

MPO will be playing short baskets before lunch and long baskets after lunch. Sorry to switch it up on you guys. With high temperatures projected I want to try and get people into and out of lunch as quickly as possible.

For anyone headed out to play the course in the next week. Meadows is going to be playing the shorter baskets, canyon the long baskets and highlands the normal locations. I believe everything is in place where it will be for the tournament. Playing all the normal mandos/OBs, nothing special. Player notes will be sent out Friday morning, hole assignments a little after that. See you all in a week!

Tbh any way you do it will be ok. Just imo mpo guys are ok with meadows twice and it wouldn’t take much longer than shorts. But like I said man you’re the td so whatever you say will be fine. Either way we gotta do paper scorecards!

Kurtis Kloke   July 10 at 2:42pm

It would be nice to know the final layouts decisions by tonight or tomorrow latest just for practice

Konner Lessard   July 10 at 3:15pm

Thank you for your opinion Kurtis I appreciate it! MPO will be doing shorts before lunch and longs after lunch.

Mike Richards    July 4 at 9:08pm

Hi Konner. sorry to bother gain, but since i asked to move up to MA1 from the MA50 i originally signed up in in order to get to play Meadow, I've incurred a rather serious injury to my left (dominant, of course) hand.
So now, since I am newly right handed player, can you please move me (again) down to MA4? pretty sure that even Canyon would be a bad idea righty for me, but there's just a chance I can get around Highland 2x without losing too many discs.
Sorry to make all this work for you.

If you press edit above all the divisions you can change your division I just figured this out myself

Konner Lessard   July 6 at 7:16pm

Hey Mike I sent a message to your inbox!

Bryson Little    July 4 at 7:09pm

Is ma1 playing the long or shorts at meadows

Konner Lessard   July 5 at 3:46pm

Bryson, still trying to figure that out for Meadows. I am leaning to having all divisions play the shorts at Meadows for the sake of time. But open to suggestions if you think it should be something else?!

Bryson Little   July 6 at 5:25am

I think the shorts would be fine less frustrating for sure lol

Drew Branstrom    July 4 at 1:02am

Hey Konner, which of the two courses will MA1 start with?
Thanks!

Konner Lessard   July 4 at 2:19am

Hey Drew, the plan as of this moment is to have any division playing two separate courses play the easier/shorter of the two courses first. Then finish with the second round on the harder/longer of the two courses. So for MA1 they will start on Canyon

Andrew Keeler   July 9 at 1:07am

If it’s up for consideration, I’d prefer playing the longer course first. It can be a long lunch break waiting for meadows.

Konner Lessard   July 9 at 5:21pm

I hear what your saying Andrew, the wait can definetly be longer then wanted. Luckily were going to be having Meadows play the shorter baskets which should speed their rounds up. Also a shorter lunch break in general should help!

David Pruitt    June 20 at 8:43pm

Totally agree with Tim. Hornings Hideout is an amazing property. The baskets are a bit funky, but that adds to the experience. The pros just held a skins match on canyon and had a lot of fun with it.

it was a very fun skins match to be present for. you can see me nearly catch a bad forehand from Cole to Gannon across 18's swamp to save the lives of the two people on either side of me! it didn't hurt too bad =P

Tim Doobie Bott   June 25 at 7:24pm

Stumptown's next bag tag event is on these baskets.

Bryson Little    June 17 at 2:44am

Finally someone that has ma1 playing meadows and canyon :)

Hi again Konner. Question about refund timeline. I've broken a finger on my throwing hand pretty severely. I find out Monday 6/17 what the prognosis is (surgery or not), and then I will have to decide if I must withdraw or not. Will Tuesday 6/18 be an OK day to do that, or do I have to make the call this weekend. Thanks and i am sorry to be a pain in the (finger) ass.

Konner Lessard   June 16 at 3:29am

Hey Mike, you actually have until week of the tournament to make that call! So no rush on when you have to make the call

Mike Richards   June 17 at 7:48pm

Thank you. I find out today yes/no on surgery.

Mike Richards    May 29 at 11:48pm

HI Konner. Just signed up and noticed that if I were to move divisions from MA50 (where I just signed up as) to MA1, I get to play Meadows and Canyon. I would prefer that, as I love Meadows, and don't care how much I get my arse kicked by.
That possible?

Mike, I’ll edit this tomorrow when I’m back at my main computer! Should be no problem

Konner Lessard   May 30 at 3:41pm

Mike, you have been updated to MA1

Mike Richards   June 5 at 9:00pm

Thank you! Looking forward to getting my arse handed to me, but having the best time out there.

Joann Partridge    May 29 at 7:14pm

Will there be a FPO and FA40 division???
What courses will FA40 play if added?

Thanks so much Konner. I'm so pumped about your Hornings event. I'd bring more ladies with me but we all have an Oregon Women's Series event the following Sunday. The day after this event.

Joann Partridge   May 29 at 7:54pm

Both rounds on Highlands for FA40 would be awesome too.

Konner Lessard   May 30 at 2:45am

I set it up as one of each course, if closer to the event we wanna talk about switching it to double highlands then we can definitely do that. Thank you for your support and open to all feedback!

Harlie Hutchinson    May 25 at 5:57pm

Will FA1 be added?

Konner Lessard   May 25 at 6:11pm

Added!

Sara Wells   May 29 at 6:33pm

What course(s) will FA1 be playing?

Konner Lessard   May 29 at 7:27pm

Not 100% sure, just got back from a vacation and was going to look at what FA1 had played in the past at Hornings. Do you have a preference on what course(s) should be played?

Mike Maryanov    May 22 at 6:15pm

Hey Konner - hoping to see the MA50 avoid Meadows. Meadows too hard on my old arthritic knee.

Yes. :-)

Konner Lessard   May 22 at 7:15pm

You got it!

Mike Maryanov   May 22 at 8:45pm

Two rounds at Canyon on a Saturday is a fun way to spend a day. Thanks for organizing!

Kurtis Kloke    May 14 at 9:53pm

Which courses are being played and for which division?

Konner Lessard   May 14 at 10:10pm

Kurtis, the courses for each division will be finalized as we get closer to the tournament and know the exact turnout per division. More than likely MPO will play Meadows twice, MA1 will play Meadows once and Canyon once, MA2 Canyon twice, MA3 Highlands once and Canyon once, MA4 Highlands twice. FA2, MP40 and MA50 are still up in the air at the moment. If you have any suggestions I am all ears!

Kurtis Kloke   May 14 at 11:01pm

Thank you! Sounds good to me!
