Disc Baron's Double Trouble at the Burg

The Disc Baron Double Trouble at The Burg will be held on Saturday Feb 13th. The tournament will include one round of doubles play, followed by a round of singles play. Bring your own partner for doubles. No players pack will be provided in order to maximize the payouts for the winners.


Registration:

Registration fee is the individual price.

1) Paid registration online or At Disc Baron (4485 Plainfield Ave NE Ste 101B, Grand Rapids, MI 49525)
2) Cashless - Make a comment with person and division
3) Day of the event


Format:

2 rounds of 18 holes - 1st round is partner's best doubles & 2nd round is singles

MA4 will play from long tee pads 1st round and short tee pads 2nd round. Any women or juniors players will play from the short tee pads for both rounds.

Scoring:

Scoring for the event will be based upon doubles scores. Each partners 2nd round singles score will be added and averaged to get your teams 2nd round score.


Ace Pool & 50/50 -

$5 Ace Pool & $5 50/20 will be available for individual participants to enter. The Ace Pool and 50/50 are based upon individuals and not teams. Half of 50/50 will be donated to fellow disc golfer Matt Toy and the Fitzgerald Frozen Fling tournament being hosted in his honor.


Divisions:

I can add any division by requested if it is not listed. There must be at least 3 participants to make a division. You can register for any division but if that division does not have enough participants to qualify, you will need to move to a qualifying division prior to play and additional fees may be required or refunded if the registration fees differ. Womens and Juniors divisions do not need to meet the minimum


Prizes:

Disc Baron will be providing prizes on several holes for all divisions, including CTPs and LPs


Payouts:

100% of Division Entry Fees will be paid out to the approximate top 1/3 of each division. Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons to Disc Baron retail or online store. COUPONS WILL NEED TO BE USED AT THE STORE OR ONLINE. PRODUCT WILL NOT BE BROUGHT THE DAY OF AS DISC BARON WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT. Winners will have until 3/13/16 to redeem their coupons. Coupons must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.


Lunch Break:

Lunch break will last approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes after the last group has turned in their card.
