Devin's 30th Ultimate Teams Throwdown

About this tournament
To celebrate my 30th birthday, I wanted to get everyone together for an ultimate teams throwdown tournament! Teams of 3!! Best shot format.
3 divisions will be offered:
Mixed teams (at least 1 woman)
Pro team (3 players with an average rating above 900)
Amateur team (3 player team average rating below 900)
I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than with all my friends & disc golf friends! $30 a team, $20 goes to payout. $10 from each team entry will be used to cover food and beverages! There will be trophies for the winners!
Food: CRAWFISH (3-5lbs per person) We will have burgers and brats additionally for those who don't eat crawfish.
Drinks: Sodas, Water, and Beer will be available throughout the course at various different holes. BYOB if you want or think you want more.

If your planning on coming as a solo player who wants to play in the event, and or just to have food and hangout please fill out this google sheet so I can make sure to have the right amount of food to feed everyone!

If you don't have a team and want to play let me know and Ill get you matched up with others. Don't let that be the reason to not come out!
If you have never played before sign your team up in the AM division, or the mixed division of you have a mixed team of men and women.
If you want to just come and hangout, that is fine too, as we will have cornhole and other games for all to enjoy. There is a park for the kids and bike and hike trails too.
If you do not have discs do not worry! Beth and I have hundreds we can provide for people to use and enjoy! Par 54 Disc Golf Will also have their mobile pro shop on site with everything 30% off for my 30th bday if you feel inclined to grab some goodies.

| 9:00am - 3:30pm | For Players: 9:00-9:40 --- Check-in is open! 9:40 --- Players meeting and rules 10:00 --- Shotgun start (try and limit 2 teams per hole) 12:30 est --- Round concludes 1:00 LUNCH 1:15 Awards! For Non players: 11:00 - 12:00 --- Feel free to come earlier to hang out or to watch people playing in the tournament. 12:30 est --- Players will begin finishing the tournament and funneling back to HQ for lunch and awards 1:00 --- Lunch (Crawfish, Burgers, and Brats) 2:00 --- Other games and socializing 3:30 --- event concludes. 5:00 - Whenever --- Afterparty in Galveston for those who want to join. |
