Thanks for running a super fun event! Charles and I had a great time at all four. Some tough decisions due to weather, that's winter golf for sure! Excellent job, you rock brother. hope you can do it again next year

Phil, You planned and ran a fantastic event! Thank you for your time, preparations, and thoroughness in all four events of the series! I really appreciate TDs like you who make fun days like this possible for all players. Thank you.

Agreed! Such a fun series! I thought it was a great casual set up with a ton of flexibility, tee times, choosing our store scrip, flexible when safety is at risk but we still enjoy a windy round!

Thanks Lauren! At the end of the day, that's really why I am running these, for everyone's enjoyment and to challenge all of our skills. It wouldn't be possible without the players coming out so thank you too

Keenan, thanks man! I liked being able to offer scrip at different stores and I had a lot of fun trying to create unique holes. Mother nature doesn't always cooperate

Phil - Thanks for running a great event. As always, I enjoy these one-round events. Sorry that weather didn't cooperate with hole #4. I enjoyed the setup, but I appreciate you making sure all the players stayed safe in the windy conditions (there was a widow-maker in that group of trees by the basket). Looking forward to the finale.

If you weren't aware...
Hole 4 was removed by the PDGA last night. Thusly lowering most of our ratings for the event.
As the first card finished we were told it was because "someone couldn't make the island, picked up their discs and went to the next hole and continued playing".
When I explained this is actually a DNF on that players part and the rest of the field shouldn't be punished for one player the reason quickly changed to "well there is also a High Wind W ... more

Pins are in for next Sunday with the exception of 17 (moving to long, playing from a temp tee)

All pins are in. Course is looking as good as could be expected given our recent storms. Players email will come tomorrow night. Thanks!
