About this tournament

Join us this winter for December Doubles! A BYOP (Bring Your Own Partner) PDGA sanctioned XC-tier tournament.
The format is Best shot, with all divisions playing the Red Course.
Registration (as a team) through Discgolfscene.com is required.
ENTRY FEES:
The event is sanctioned by the PDGA as a XC-Tier. Entry fee per team of $42 includes:
- 2 discounted day passes $18 ($9 per player)
- PDGA fees of $4 ($2 per player)
- Cash payouts via PayPal for Pros/Pro Shop Store Credit for Ams ($20)
Optional CTP buy in= $3/team
Optional Ace Pot = $2/team (Ace pot is at $1000!)

TEE TIMES:
Registrations are done as a team. Both teammates must choose the same tee time and same division. Cards of 2 teams/4 players can include mixed divisions.

TEAMS:
The highest rated player on each team must qualify for the division the team is competing in, although the tournament round will not receive a rating.
(Doubles rounds aren't rated)

COURSE LAYOUTS:
All divisions will play the Red Course, normal tees.

ACE POT:
Current ace pot is $1000. If Ace pot is not hit, it will roll over to next year's PDGA sanctioned events.

GOLF CARTS:
Golf carts will not be available to players during tournament rounds, though they will be available for rent to spectators or for rounds following tournament rounds.

LIVE SCORING:
Scoring will be handled using PDGA Live Scoring at pdga.com/score.

PLAYER CHECK-IN:
Players should check-in as a team at the Pro Shop at least 10 minutes before their scheduled tee time to get the PDGA Live Scoring passcode.

LUNCH OPTIONS:
Aces BBQ will be open in the clubhouse and serving up burgers, brats, and a selection of smoked meats and sides like cornbread, coleslaw, & smoked potato salad along with their signature in-house made BBQ sauce.

Annual Pass holders receive early bird registration opportunities for all DGR tournaments.
