Hi Randall, (Ian here) I understand your concerns. Let me explain to you to help clear up some thing. So, I am going to explain you three things. First of all, as written on the paper, it is a "draft" payout and which it means it is not finalized yet until the day of tournament. Second thing, it is based on entry fee... So, once the sponsorship $$ comes in then the payout will go up. Thirdly, the list of payout is an example of how many players sign up in each division and you get the idea of how much you will make/get the prizes in end of tournament if you made the cut in the standing.
