ThroWild along with the McKinney Disc Golf Association are sad to announce that the 1st Annual Dave Honea Memorial will be postponed due to this unprecedented time that everyone is dealing with in regard to COVID-19. Due to State, County, and City ordinances, the event cannot go on the way we had it planned. If you have already signed up for this event, that will still allow you entry into the event that will be planned at a future date. If you cannot make this future date, then refunds can be discussed. This future date will be announced when we have further details.
We still want this date to be Dave’s day, so we will be setting up a temp hole where people can come out and toss around a disc in Dave’s memory. Their will still be some cool Dave Honea gear and merchandise that can be purchased as well. Remember though that we must practice social distancing during this as well as adhere to State, County, and City ordinances of no groups more than 10.
