About this tournament

Welcome Everyone to the Dam Good Time 2 at Etowah Disc Golf Course in Cartersville, GA! Don't miss your chance to play the second iteration of our fun tournament at one of the most beautiful courses in Bartow County. This course is located off Hwy. 41 down by the dam at Etowah River and has some gorgeous views and opportunities to see and play alongside awe-inspiring scenery.

One round of play (20 Holes; Standard Layout). You can pick your tee time anywhere from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Title Sponsor ($300): TBD. If you are interested in becoming our Title Sponsor for this event, here is all that comes with the title:
- A 2ft x 10ft vinyl banner to be hung over the tee pad of Cartersville’s most famous disc golf hole (“The Cave Hole” Hole 4 @ Etowah DGC)
- Their logo placed on the custom t-shirt going in everyone’s player pack. (Logo for T-Shirt will be printed in either 1, 2, or 3 colors only).
- They will receive a Player Pack for themselves
- Company shout-outs across various social media posts will be made along with the placement of a link to the Title Sponsor company website in each post

Hole Sponsors ($20 Each; Max of 4 Holes): If you are interested in becoming one of our Hole Sponsors for this event, here is all that comes with the sponsorship:
- Social media shout-outs leading up to the event (with links to your website if desired).
- A 2ft x 1ft vinyl banner for each hole you sponsor, which you get to keep after the event. The banner will be prominently displayed on the tee post at the corresponding hole.

Player Pack:
- One Premium Reptilian Disc (Mold Options are Stego [4/0/1/4] and Carnivore [12/5/-1/3]). Disc to be selected at Check-In.
- One Custom Hanes ComfortSoft Cotton T-Shirt. Shirt size to be selected during registration. PLEASE NOTE: SHIRTS MUST BE ORDERED SLIGHTLY PAST 2 WEEKS OUT FOR US TO GET THEM IN BY TOURNAMENT DAY; BECAUSE OF THIS, IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER BY MAY 5TH, YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING A SHIRT

CTP: CTP buy-ins are to be made at Check-In ($5 Cash Only). Here are the following holes for CTP:

Ace Pot: Ace Pot buy-ins are to be made at Check-In ($5 Cash Only). If no one gets an Ace during the event, the Ace Pot will go into the Red Top League Fund to put towards any future improvements for the Bartow County courses.

Prizes: There will be a 1st Place Digital Gift Card to Reptilian Disc Golf for the winner of each Division (Division must have at least 3 participants).

Tiebreaker: There will only be tiebreakers for 1st in every division. In the case of a tie, the players must be back at Hole 19 within twenty minutes of being notified; failure to do so will result in forfeit. Once at Hole 19, the players will play Holes 19 and 20 on repeat until a winner is crowned. Nolan D. Rodack or Matt White will act as the official for each Playoff. Every two holes, the players will alternate the tee box.

Hole 14 (Par 3): 299ft Creek, river and paved areas are OB. OB Creek may take drop zone from middle of bridge (+1) or last in-bounds (+1)

Hole 15 (Par 3): 336ft Paved areas are OB, if you are across the road but on grass/unpaved ground, you are safe.

Hole 16 (Par 3): 264ft Paved areas are OB, if you are across the road but on grass/unpaved ground, you are safe.

Hole 17 (Par 3): 308ft Paved areas are OB, if you are across the road but on grass/unpaved ground, you are safe.

Hole 18 (Par 4): 400ft

Hole 19 (Par 3): 323ft Paved areas are OB, if you are across the road but on grass/unpaved ground, you are safe.

Hole 20 (Par 3): 181ft Outside of Island OB; DZ (+1)

Note: All OB except going OB Creek on Hole 14 is required standard OB rules, NO LATERAL IN*

Greens Fees = $75
PDGA Per Player Fee = $3

Etowah Corps of Engineers will require $5 per car for parking unless you have the $40 yearly pass for Etowah.

Refund policy

Please read this before requesting refund. We will follow these PDGA guidelines: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
All refund requests will be charged a $10 admin fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
