About this tournament
Join us for the first DZDiscs Open (DZDO) at Centennial Park in Lawrence, KS! We have designed a new, unique, and challenging “Centennial Gold” layout with mandos, hazards, OB, and entirely new hole design.
Trophies will be available for the winner of each division. Based on participation, we may offer trophies for 2nd and 3rd place.
All Am divisions will have their choice of player pack item: DZDiscs store credit or a commemorative DyeMax trophy disc with the DZDO tournament logo embossed on the front. The DyeMax disc will be full-color and a perfect souvenir for those who collect tournament discs!
DyeMax disc order cut-off is August 26th at 12pm. You will not be able to select the DyeMax disc as your player pack option after this date and time!
Top 40% of ALL divisions will receive payouts (cash for Pro, DZ store credit for Am). Payouts will be sent within one week of the tournament. Please contact me directly for any questions on this.
The course layout is subject to change at any time before tournament day as the City of Lawrence has removed trees without notice in the past. Please be flexible if a change is necessary on short notice!
Division caps will be adjusted as registrations come in. A waitlist has been enabled if your desired division is full. The waitlist will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration fees:
Am: $35 + 9.3% sales tax
FPO: $50 + 9.3% sales tax
MPO: $60 + 9.3% sales tax
ALL Payouts are based on the registration fee less the local sales tax rate of 9.3%.
