Thank you for taking time to sign up for the Winter Wonderland Amateur Showcase. Please take a moment to read over this email, there is important information pertaining to the event.


1. PLAYER CHECK-IN: You are REQUIRED to check in by 5:00 P.M. THURSDAY. There are 2 ways to check in:
A. In Person @ Sunset Ridge/Sun King 9228 Denton Ave, Hudson, FL 34667
B. Text Message – Between 12-5 p.m. TEXT your NAME, DIVISION & PDGA Number to 919 770 9713. If you have not received a ‘thumbs up’ reply within an hour please resend to ensure it went through.
2. SECURING PLAYER PACK: Player packs will be secured at Sun King/Sunset Ridge either on Thursday during early check in or on a day that Sunset Ridge is being used during the event (Friday and Sunday).
3. DIGITAL SCORING: Password for Digital Scoring is ‘WWAS’ Back up scoring is required by PDGA rules. 2 forms of back up scoring are acceptable – PDGA DIGITAL SCORING (2 people can now use digital scoring at the same time) or PAPER. UDISC is NOT an acceptable form of back up scoring.
4. TEE TIME EVENT- All divisions play 1 round of tee times each day. Tee times will be posted by 6:00 p.m. unless there is a weather delay. You can go to the following link to find out your tee time. https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/55226
5. COURSE/POOL/TEE ASSIGNMENTS
A POOL
Divisional Tee Order MA70, MA60, MA50, MA40, MA1
R1 Sunset/R2 Floral Park/R3 Quarry
MA1/MA40 - Blue/Blue/Blue
MA50 - Red/Blue/Blue
MA60/MA70 - Red/Red/Red

B POOL
Divisional Tee Order FA3, MA3, FA2, MA2, FA1
R1 Floral Park/R2 Quarry/R3 Sunset
FA1 - Red/Red/Blue
MA2 - Red/Blue/Blue
FA2/MA3/FA3 - Red/Red/Red3.
6. PLAYOFF LOOP: Ties for first will play a sudden death playoff loop consisting of the following layouts:
Quarry: Holes 1,2,3,1,2,3…
Sunset: Holes 1,18,1,18…
7. BREAKING NON-FIRST PLACE TIES: Ties for second and beyond will do a CTP throw off to determine trophy winners for placing in those spots. Pay attention to digital scoring at the end of the event. Participants will have 5 minutes upon the completion of the final round to be ready for playoff/throw off. Failure to show will forfeit your placing. Come to tournament central at your finishing course to find out further details.
8. TROPHY DEPTH PAYOUT: MA1-5, FA1-2, MA40-4, MA50-5, MA60-4, MA70-1, FA2-2, MA2-5, FA3-2, MA3-5
9. ACE POOL: NO ACE POOL THIS YEAR

11. OPTIONAL CTP BUY IN PRIZE- The $5 CTP Prize that was available at registration will be during round 2. This is a 50/50 cash payout CTP. Money will be awarded via PayPal on Sunday during the day’s activities.

For the short Silver Basket course at Sunset, uDisc says holes 3, 6, 10 and 14 get played to the Red baskets. Is that the case for this event?

Please note that for Sunset Ridge, the course descriptions have been changed from Blue or Red to the proper terms of Long (Red ChainStar Pro Baskets) and Short (Silver ChainStar Baskets).
