Tournament Check-In: At the Innova tent near the picnic shelter.


Players Meeting: MANDATORY. Friday, Sept 25th 2pm. Facebook Live. If you are unable to watch the Players Meeting live it will be posted to our FB Page after. All players are required to watch the Players meeting.

Awards: Monday, Sept. 28th 1pm. Facebook Live. We will recognize the division winners. Trophies will be available for pickup post Round 2. Sherwin Art glass mini trophies for division winners.

Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 72 hours of completion of the event.

Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and a DGVT merchandise voucher will be filed in our system for those players. *note that 2020 DGVTour Buks must be redeemed in 2020.

Acepot: $2 from each players registration goes to the acepot. If there are no aces the acepot will roll over to the next DGVTour stop.

Tee Times (both days): Tee times will be posted on pdga.com by Thursday Sept 24th for Saturdays round. After all players are off the course Saturday we will work as fast as we can to get tee times posted for Sundays round. Our hope is to have those posted before 8pm Saturday night. Competitors can visit pdga.com and go to events to see tee times. We will also post to the DGVT FB page. Please arrive approx. 20 mins before your tee time, check in and get setup for live scoring and have enough time to get to hole #1 and start your round at the scheduled tee time.


Tee Assignments: ( both rounds) ~ All players on long tees except FA2 and JR.

Hole 2 –
Mando left of the marked tree. If missed, re-tee with
penalty stroke.
Hole 4:
Out of Bounds property line and stone wall left and
long of the basket marked by rope. If OB, take next
shot from where last in bounds with a penalty stroke.
Holes 5
Out of Bounds gravel road beyond the basket to the
left, marked by red spray paint. If OB, take next shot
from where last in bounds with a penalty stroke.
Hole 6
Out of Bounds gravel road left, marked by red spray
paint. If OB, take next shot from where last in bounds
with a penalty stroke.
Hole 7:
Mando right of the marked tree. If missed, proceed to
the drop zone marked with pin flags, with a penalty
stroke.
Hole 10:
Out of Bounds ballfields and pool area, marked by
chain link fence. If OB, take next shot from where last
in bounds with a penalty stroke.
Hole 13:
Out of Bounds stone wall long of the basket marked by
rope. If OB, take next shot from where last in bounds
with a penalty stroke.
Hole 14:
Mando left of the marked tree. If missed, re-tee with
penalty stroke.
Hole 15 :
Out of Bounds gravel road left, marked by red spray
paint. If OB, take next shot from where last in bounds
with a penalty stroke.
Hole 18:
Out of Bounds BEYOND gravel road marked by red
spray paint line. Found both near the 1st landing area
and beyond the green. If OB, take next shot from
where last in bounds with a penalty stroke.

NO 2 meter rule.

NO Division changes after Thurs Sept 24th @ 5pm. No refunds after Wed. Sept 23rd @9pm.


IMPORTANT INFO:

- 1 guardian per junior player is allowed.
- If you are sick or feel sick you are required to stay home.
- Face Coverings are recommended when unable to social distance.
- We recommend bringing your own hand sanitizer.
- All players will be REQUIRED to social distance ( 6 feet apart) at all times.
- All players will be REQUIRED to only touch their own discs and equipment. This means when a player putts they will retrieve their disc before the next player putts.
- Players will be REQUIRED to not touch the basket .
- Players will be asked to not touch their face.

DGVT merchandise: If you would like to purchase something from DGVT you can do so at the event. Member discs can be picked up at the event and you can cash in your Am payout at the event. We have a file box with your name if you have won any amateur payouts at a Tour event we will have that on file for you.

Refund policy

Disc Golf Vermont is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full Refunds will be given up until Wednesday,Sept. 23rd @9pm. After that time no refunds will be given.
