Players Meeting: MANDATORY. Friday, June 26th 7pm. Facebook Live. If you are unable to watch the Players Meeting live it will be posted to our FB Page after. All players are required to watch the Players meeting.
Awards: Monday, June 29th 1pm. Facebook Live. We will recognize the division winners. Trophies will be available for pickup post Round 2. All division winners will win a custom Orbital Creations wood mini trophy! If you are a division winner then please grab your trophy at the Scoring Tent Sunday after your round.
Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 48 hours of completion of the event.
Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and a DGVT merchandise voucher will be filed in our system for those players. DGVT will be working with those players to arrange curbside pickup at the next event and/or coordinating pickup at our shop here in Burlington. *note that 2020 DGVTour Buks must be redeemed in 2020. Amateurs will receive a players pack!
Acepot: $2 from each players registration goes to the acepot. There is a $411 carryover added from DGVTour #1-2. Acepot will cap at $500 and a new acepot will be created which will accumulate once we get over $500 and will be our starting acepot at DGVTour #4 if an ace is hit at the Sap Bucket.
Tee Times (both days): Tee times will be posted Thursday, June 25th for Saturdays round ( pdga.com). After all players are off the course Saturday we will work as fast as we can to get tee times posted for Sundays round. Our hope is to have those posted before 9pm Saturday night. ALL players are expected to arrive no more than 30 minutes before the posted tee time and will be expected to leave within 30 minutes after the round scores have been submitted. When arriving for your tee time, please go directly to the scoring tent ( which will be setup near the picnic shelter) and check in 10 mins prior to your tee time. The 2 min warning will be called from the scoring tent and players will be expected to walk directly to hole #1 and begin the round immediately.
Tee Assignments:
All divisions will be on the Blue tees except FA2 and Juniors who will play the White tees.

Hole 1: OB left ( white stakes).
Hole 3: OB right ( white stakes dividing #3 and #14)
Hole 4: OB long of the basket ( white stakes )
Hole 5: OB right ( white stakes dividing #5 and #6)
Hole 6: OB right ( white stakes dividing #5 and #6)
Hole 8: OB right and long of the basket ( white stakes)
Hole 9: River and left of the river.
Hole 10: OB long of basket ( same white stakes that mark #8 OB line)
Hole 11: OB long of basket ( white stakes)
Hole 12: OB left ( white stakes)
Hole 14: OB long of the basket ( white stakes) and white stakes right dividing #3 & 14.
Hole 15: OB long ( white stakes)
Hole 17: OB right and straight ( white stakes)

NO 2 METER RULE.
NO Division changes after registration closes Wednesday, June 24th @ 5:30pm.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- No caddies or spectators are allowed. 1 guardian per junior player is allowed.
- If you are sick or feel sick you are required to stay home.
- Face Coverings are recommended when unable to social distance.
- We recommend bringing your own hand sanitizer.
- All players will be REQUIRED to social distance ( 6 feet apart) at all times.
- All players will be REQUIRED to only touch their own discs and equipment. This means when a player putts they will retrieve their disc before the next player putts.
- Players will be REQUIRED to not touch the basket .
- Players will be asked to not touch their face.
DGVT merchandise: If you would like to purchase something from DGVT you can do so at the event. Member discs can be picked up at the event and you can cash in your Am payout at the event. We have a file box with your name if you have won any amateur payouts at a Tour event we will have that on file for you.

Disc Golf Vermont is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds ( minus fees) will be issued until 9pm June 10th when registration closes. After that time refunds will not be given. Division changes will also not be allowed after June 24th @ 5:30 pm.
