Players Meeting: Week of emails will be sent out with event info. and updates.

Tournament Central: You will find the DGVT trailer near Hole 2 tee.

Awards: As divisions finish we will give out trophies to division champs once all scores in that divisions have been finalized and received.

League night: Kicks off Friday night at 5pm sharp. Random doubles, $10 buy-in, $5 acepot. Acepot stands at $905 and growing. Full Flight Subs will be serving up sandwiches for league night. Playing short tees.

Parking: No parking on Duffy Hill roadside. Parking will be limited to main lot or follow signage for overflow lots.

Camping is $15 per night. Check-in with Kurtis or Jade in the Pro Shop for campsite locations.

Glow: Team On The Fly will be hosting a glow round Friday night. Stay tuned for more details.

Music: Joe Agnello and friends will be playing Saturday night. Band kicks off at 6pm.

Zuca Giveaway: We will giveaway a Zuca cart to one lucky player! 1 entry per DGVTour event played. We will pick and announce a winner on Sunday. Vermont Federal Credit Union will also be in attendance with some giveaways!

Discmania Lite basket raffle: We will be selling raffle tickets all weekend and pick a winner on Sunday at noon.

Food Trucks: Full Flight Subs and Gerber’s Joint

and will be Joining us on both Saturday and Sunday.

1st Place trophies for divsions with 3 or more players if that number was met when trophies were ordered in early Sept. Custom event Pyrohyzer glass trophies!

CTP's: Amateurs will have some CTPs, make sure to find out which holes at check in.

Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 48 hours of completion of the event. $1,250 added cash .

Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and a DGVT merchandise voucher will be filed in our system for those players. All amateur divisions play for merchandise credit to the DGVT Pro Shop. Credit must be redeemed by Dec.31.2024.

Amateur Players Pack: Custom Cold Hollow Classic disc for each amateur competitor.

Acepot: $1 from each players registration goes to the acepot. If there are no aces then the acepot will roll over to DGVTour #12.

EDGE: $2 from each players registration goes to the Vermont EDGE Program. This program will enable DGVT to work with local schools and communities to build new courses and get discs in the hands of our youth.

DGVTour fee: $3 from each players registration goes to the Tour to help us with an array of items.

PDGA Fee: B-tier fee is $3/player.

Greens Fees: $10 per player goes to Cold Hollow for greens fees for Saturday and Sunday.

Tee Times (both days): Tee times will be posted Thursday, September 26th for Saturdays round. After all players are off the course Saturday we will work as fast as we can to get tee times posted for Sundays round. Our hope is to have those posted before 8pm Saturday night. Again, visit pdga.com, go to events and find our event on the list and that is where you will find your tee time. ALL players are expected to arrive approx. 30 minutes before the posted tee time. When arriving for your tee time, please go to the DGVT trailer and check in. Players need to start at the listed tee time so that we do not create backups throughout the day, so PLEASE be prompt and tee at your EXACT tee time. We will be keeping an eye on this and assisting where needed.

Tee Assignments:

Longs ( both rounds): MPO,FPO,MP40,MP50,MA1,FA1,MA40,MA50,MA60,MA2.
Shorts (both rounds): FA40,FA2,FA3,MA3,MJ12,MJ15.

Out of Bounds: All Out of Bounds will be listed on the PDGA Live digital scorecard. Tee signs are not official OB, the PDGA digital scorecard is the official OB for the event.

PDGA Live Scoring: This is how each group will keep score. All players need to click on the link below to become familiar with PDGA Live Scoring. Download the ap " PDGA Live" on your personal device and be prepared ahead of time.

Each player is responsible for submitting a scorecard or they will be penalized. If you submit your scorecard and your score is incorrect you will be penalized - so make sure your score is correct. PDGA Live Scoring Code: dgvt11.

PDGA Live Scoring is the OFFICIAL scorecard of the event and each player needs to check in after the round to make sure that all players scorecards have been received by the TD's. If you are keeping a paper card you must write your full name on the top of the card so that we know you have submitted your scorecard.

ALL PDGA rules apply.

NO Division changes or refunds after registration closes.

DGVT merchandise: If you would like to purchase something from DGVT you can do so at the event. Member discs can be picked up at the event and you can cash in your Am payout at the event. We will have your payout on file if you have won any amateur payouts at a Tour event we will have that for you. Must redeem am payouts by the end of the calendar year. We do not ship payouts, so make sure to use your credit onsite at one of our events.
