What does it mean when it says "dgpt card holders" in registration? How does one get a DGPT card?

Disc Golf Pro Tour Card...You need to be a tour player ...they also reserve spots for TP players ...hope that helps

According to the information posted, age-protected registration was supposed to open on December 31st at 12:00am CST, yet that doesn't appear to be the case. Has the date/time at which registration will open for those divisions changed? Thank you :)
