Idlewild returns for it's 9th year on the Disc Golf Pro Tour presented by Dynamic Discs and hosted by The Nati Disc Golf and their excellent staff. Known by many as the one of most challenging and difficult courses on tour, this beast has it all. Elevation changes on numerous holes may impact your required distance. Punishing rough lined fairways grab errant shots with no remorse. The snake like creek that slithers through several holes increases the risk of adding strokes as well as constricting greens around several baskets. Shot accuracy and placement take a higher priority than just raw distance. Weather conditions have also played a big factor for several years and will most likely continue it's dreaded rein. No lead is safe going down the final stretch of holes. Join us this summer for another exciting event at Idlewild DGC.

Regional Qualifying: 2025 Charlie Vettiner Open : This event is officially a Regional Qualifier for the 2025 LWS Open at Idlewild. Playing in DGPT events is becoming increasingly more difficult with tiered-based registration, and so the DGPT has instituted regional qualifiers to give local players the ability to qualify for DGPT events. This event is offering 2 MPO and 2 FPO spots. The top finishers who are not already registered for Idlewild will get a guaranteed spot to register for the event (you will still need to pay the entry fee). If this person cannot compete or does not want the spot, the qualifying spot will go to the next highest finisher. Players have 24-48 hours to accept or decline this offer.

3. On site RV and Van parking: Shelters 1 and 2 have electric service, only 20amp. Will be first come first serve. Shelters 1 & 2 are located by the parking lot on the right just after the the left turn headed to the course. May not use Shelter 3 as this area is designated for spectator needs. Shelter 1 is assigned for DGPT Media and operations.
There is another area that RV's or tents can be setup at. Once entering the Park, continue straight, down the hill, first road on your right will take you back to this area, parking lot and gravel section for our use.

Public Play: Just a friendly reminder that the disc golf course at Idlewild Park will be closed to the public for casual play from Monday August 18th through Monday August 25th for the Idlewild Open. Amateur Weekend Competition is May 23-25.

The Nati Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
