You will receive a caddie badge when you check-in for your first practice round the week of the event.

Hailey I see a refund request on our DGPT Tour Card holder form, but I never received a withdrawal request. Friendly reminder that those two items are separate - you still need to request a withdrawal from the event directly to the TD. The refund form is only for requesting refunds. I know its a little confusing, administratively! We'll be able to simplify that in the future.
