About this tournament

This will be the 40th annual Discraft Great Lakes Open. This tournament will feature three rounds of stroke play on the world famous Kensington Toboggan Course. Tee times will be utilized each day of the event. More information can be found at www.dglo.net

Hotel: We have contracted with the Hilton Garden Inn in Novi as our host hotel for this event and they are offering a special, discounted rate. Players can call 248-348-3840 and give the name of the event or the code DSCRFT to book over the phone or can book online at the following link: https://bit.ly/HGINoviDiscraft

AM Note: AM players playing the A Tier event will have the option to purchase a discounted pass to spectate at Toboggan as part of their player's pack.

Regional Qualifier: The River City Open is officially the regional qualifier for this year's DGPT - DGLO event. Playing in DGPT events is becoming increasingly more difficult with tiered based registration, and so the DGPT has instituted regional qualifiers to give the ability for local players to qualify for DGPT events. This event is offering 1 MPO and 1 FPO spot. The top finishers who are not already registered for DGLO will get a guaranteed spot to register in the event (you will still need to pay the entry fee). If this person cannot compete, or does not want the spot, the qualifying spot will go to the next highest finisher.

Monday Qualifier: We will be offering two spots each in MPO and FPO during Monday qualifying at Toboggan. The cost to try to qualify is $50 and you can only play one time. Monday qualifying will begin at 8AM at Toboggan and you must play in a group of at least 3 players. You must tee off by 3PM. You will still need to pay the entry fee into DGLO if you qualify through Monday qualifying.
