Refund policy
Withdrawals by players registered for Amateur divisions made on or before April 30, 2025 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 processing fee.
Withdrawals by players registered for Amateur divisions made from May 1 through May 15, 2025 will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the withdrawn spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).
Players registered for Amateur divisions who officially request to withdraw from the event on or after May 16, 2025 will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).
Players registered for Professional divisions who officially request to withdraw from on or prior to May 27, 2025 will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event at least 48 hours before the start of play and don’t play (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player who receives NO refund.
To withdraw from the event a player MUST provide an emailed request to [email redacted] or submit through Disc Golf Scene. No other notifications of withdrawal will be accepted.
