Crossover Disc Golf presents "Kyle and Grady's Graduation BYOP Party 2024".
As Kyle Terwilleger and Grady Reynolds are set to graduate high school this May, we thought it would be fitting to do a fun BYOP event/party for them. They both have had a special part/place in making Crossover what it is today.
The location will be Osage Grove in Goshen, Ohio. This event will be a quality doubles tournament you've come to expect from Crossover Disc Golf! And we know you will have fun!
This event will be on Sunday 5/19. We will tee off at 930a. It will be a 2 round BYOP tournament. Both rounds will be the format of BEST DISC. You and your partner throw, select the best disc and continue until you are holed out. The plan is round 1 BLUES (or as much as are playable) and round 2 REDS. We will play to the longest baskets in play.
The cost is $20 per person/$40 per team. Here is how the breakdown will work with the money. Instead of gifts/cards or whatever, unless you want to, we are going to take $10 per team and give them each $5. High School graduates like money. The rest of the money will be like this: $6 per team to the ACE fund, $4 to CTP's, and then the rest towards payouts. If there is no ACE hit, it gets split between Kyle and Grady.
We are capping this event at 76 players (38 teams). The divisions are:
COED - Male/Female (Crossover Cash)
Open - Playing for Cash
Upper AMs - Any player rated over 900 goes here (Crossover Cash)
Lower AMs - Both players must be rated under 900 (Crossover Cash)
This is meant to be a fun event...and we will make sure it's a great day for Kyle and Grady!
We look forward to another great tournament. At the conclusion of the event we will have some cake/cupcakes/desserts to celebrate with.
