Good morning. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our "Friday Night Flights Woodland Mound Edition #4".
This will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier at Woodland Mound on Friday, October 28th. We will do a shotgun start at 515p sharp.
We will have everyone check in with Cheryl in the parking lot. We will not be having a players meeting. Hole assignments will be posted this afternoon. We are leaving registration open until noon tomorrow. You will be able to find them here: Crossover Friday Night Flights - Woodland Mound Edition #4
With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 513p when we will yell "two minutes". Please be aware that the course is not shut down for this event, so be mindful and considerate of casuals who may be on the course.
We are playing a friendly course with no OB.
Here is the schedule of events. The schedule will look like this:
430-505p - Player Check In
515p - Shotgun Start
@700p - Awards/payouts
For those in the ACE fund, if there is not one hit, we will do a throw off where the winner takes all. The closest disc wins.
We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and then a secondary form of scoring per card (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: friday
Cards will be made of of primarily 4 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division. Divisions of 5 will play together both rounds. I've had to move a few people around to create divisions that meet the minimum of 3 where necessary.
All divisions will receive AM's Crossover cash immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange in the Crossover Cash.
It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.
It's going to be a great night. Again, we are excited that you are going to join us.
See you Friday night!
Josh and Cheryl
