Please park in the regular parking lot near the Rec Center.
Do not practice on the baseball fields!
Please remember that this is a public park. Be kind and respectful to all park users. We must share the walking paths within the park.
Tournament Central is located at the Big Shelter across from the parking lot.
Sign in at least 15 minutes before your 1st round tee time at tournament central and be back for the 2-minute warning at hole 0.
2nd round, check in at your 2-minute warning at hole 0. Let tournament staff if you are not attending round 2.
This event is a 2 round event (1 round per day) of 20 holes per round.
You will start each round with temp hole 0 then holes 1-18 of the main course then end with temp hole 19. 2 temp holes in total. 20 holes per round.
Temp course is marked with Yellow flags for tee pads and blue flags for basket locations for practice. Use attached image for temp layout.

20 Hole Layout
Round 1:
All Divisions play BLUE Tees.
Round 2:
MPO, MP40, MA1, MA40 divisions play BLUE Tees.
All Other Divisions Play RED Tees. (1, 3, 4, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18)

Temp Hole Details:
Hole 0: 233ft Par 3
Play regular course 1-18
Hole 19: 550ft Par 4

Warm up area is located at beginner loop baskets 5 and 6. See attached image for details.
Am players will receive a player pack when they sign in before their first round.
-Madd Disc dye and a Prodigy Disc mini.
We will be using PDGA digital scorecards as the official scoring method.
The password for the PDGA digital scorecard is “creekside”.
ALL PLAYERS MUST KEEP SCORE! If a player refuses to keep score, that player will be removed from the event!

I will have paper scorecards as a backup scoring method. You may also use UDisc.
AM divisions: After your division has finished the 2nd round, the top 45% will receive your payout to use at the Zoo City Disc Golf Store which will be on site. We carry Prodigy, Dynamic, Innova, Discraft, and MVP.
The top 40% of the pro division will receive their payment via the PayPal email that they registered with. If the email you registered for the tournament with is not your PayPal or you are declining cash, then please let me know.
1st place winners will receive a trophy made by Mitten Minis.
There will not be an awards ceremony at the end of the event. When you division is finished, please give the tournament staff some time and they will have all the AM payout vouchers at the store asap.
If an ace pool is not hit, then the funds will carry over to our next event. Anyone who earns the ace pool will be paid via their PayPal account. Let me know if the email you registered with is not your PayPal email.
A caddy book will be provided for all players (The paper handout will be the official rulings for the event). Below are some rules/notes that need to be highlighted.
Any water that is not the main creek that runs through the course is casual.
Layouts are posted on DGS, in the caddy book, and on live scoring.
Use a provisional and play both scenarios out if you come across a rule that you are not sure about.
Any first-place ties will be broken by a playoff using a loop of holes 1, 2, 3, 4, 15, 16, 17, 18 using pads from their 2nd round.

Course OB: The following always applies unless stated differently below. Sidewalks, roads (curbs included) and beyond. Creeks and beyond. Fences and beyond. On top or inside buildings/shelters. Yellow flags, white paint, and/or string are used to bridge gaps between OB lines and to define OB. Any standing water that isn’t OB Creek is casual.

Hole 0: Walking path/road/parking lot and beyond OB. Riprap/creek is casual relief area. Concrete pad without shelter is NOT OB.
Hole 1: Walking path and beyond to the right of the fairway OB
Hole 2: Walking path and beyond to the right of the fairway OB. DO NOT PLAY BEGINNER LOOP 3 AFTER PLAYING HOLE 2.
Hole 3: Walking path and beyond to the left and behind basket is OB (including in front of tee during BLUE round). If OB then you have 3 options. 1) Move to drop zone which is the RED tee pad, 2) play from where last in bounds, 3) play from previous lie. All options have a 1 stoke penalty. Stream behind pin is casual. DO NOT PLAY BEGINNER LOOP 3.
Hole 4 Creek and beyond on right and walking path and beyond OB. White paint line may define OB in some places along creek.
Hole 5: Creek and beyond on right and walking path and beyond OB. White paint line may define OB in some places along creek.
Hole 6: Creek and beyond behind basket OB. White paint line may define OB in some places along creek.
Hole 7: Walking path and beyond is OB.
Hole 8: Walking path and beyond is OB.
Hole 9: Walking path and beyond is OB.
Hole 10: Creek and beyond to right of fairway OB defined by white painted line.
Hole 11: Creek and beyond behind basket OB defined by white painted line.

Hole 18: Walking path and beyond and parking lot behind basket is OB (curb included).
Hole 19: Mando left of tree. If Mando is missed, proceed to the drop zone or play from previous lie, with a stroke penalty. The drop zone is only for a missed mando. Walking path/road/parking lot and beyond OB. Wall near baseball field and beyond is OB. Yellow Flags connects missing gap and extends OB line on right side where the wall is. Riprap/creek is casual relief area. Concrete pad without shelter is NOT OB.
