Craven Chains Disc Draft Fundraiser

About this tournament
Are you competitive? Do you enjoy throwing new plastic? Are you a sports fan who enjoys fantasy drafts? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then we've got just the event for you!
In preparation for the Craven Chains Classic coming later this year, this will be an unsanctioned fundraiser event taking some inspiration from Fantasy Sports Drafts.
The format for this event will be a two disc challenge with discs selected via a draft at the beginning of the tournament! All players will get to keep the discs they select!
So, you may be asking.... How does this work? It's actually very simple!
1. All players will draw random numbers at sign in, and a Disc Draft will occur at the player's meeting.
2. Competitors will draft their first disc in order from the randomly drawn numbers one at a time. Each pick will have a time limit on the decision to keep the draft moving at a good pace.
3. After the first draft round, the order will reverse, and everyone will select their second disc.
4. All players will play one unsanctioned round from the white layout with their drafted discs to determine who are the ultimate Disc Draft Champions!
5. Don't forget to wear your best Sports Fan outfit supporting your favorite team or teams!
There will be a variety of CTP prizes, first place prizes, as well as a best outfit prize!
We hope this will be an event which can be enjoyed by all ages and skill levels and we look forward to seeing everyone out there!
All funds raised from this event will go towards funding and executing the Craven Chains Amateur and Craven Chains Professional Tournaments Scheduled for December 2024! If you haven't seen those events, be sure to check those out as well!
