About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Due to a scheduling conflict with another organization, we are losing 7 holes on the course for Saturday only. We will be setting up temporary holes to replace them. A map of these temp holes is posted in the Pictures section and their information is in the comments under the photo. The holes being lost are 1-2 & 20-24. We will also be running the tournament from inside the park at the pavilion. Disc golfers will need to use the park entrance off of Brook Dr (roughly 2740 Brook Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49048). The water tower parking area will be filled up with the other event. This is for Saturday only and Sunday we will have the normal course and run it from the water tower lot. We understand that this may be a problem for some and if you would like to withdrawal or switch days, you can do so with no penalty until January 18th. After January 18th, the refund policy is back in place. We apologize for any inconvenience and we have this worked out going forward. It shouldn't be a problem again.

The first of the MDGO Featured Events, we have 20 berths to the Amateur State Championships in Ludington, MI.
We have an awesome new Presenting Sponsor with Doja Dispensary. They have stepped up big to support disc golf!!
Our new Amateurs Only format means that divisions are bigger, which means payouts are bigger and pay deeper. The money typically added to the pros will now be spread across the amateur divisions in payout and player's packages. In fact, our player's packages will be worth more than your entry fee!
MA1 play long tees for both rounds.
All other divisions play short tees for both rounds.

Refund policy
K'Aces Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Due to the large amount of drops last year, there will be a $5 fee for all refunds within 1 month of the event.
Refunds are available until the tournament reaches full capacity and is within one week of the event. After which, if the vacated spot does not fill, 50% of the entry fee will be forfeit.
Refunds requested within 24 hours of the event starting are subject to 50% of the entry fee being forfeited if the vacant spot can be filled. Otherwise, 100% of the entry fee is forfeit if the spot does not fill. Players forfeiting their entire entry fee are entitled to their player's package but must request package and provide address for it to be shipped to. Players have up to a week after the event to request their player's package, otherwise the player's package becomes forfeit.
Ace Pool, 50/50, and PDGA non-member fees will be refunded, regardless of timing of refund request, unless player "No shows".
A "No show" is someone that does not inform the tournament that they will not be coming by the first-round tee. "No shows" forfeit all monies but can claim their player's package. They must request package and provide shipping information. Players have up to a week after the event to request their player's package, otherwise the player's package becomes forfeit.
It is not the tournament or tournament staff's responsibility to communicate or get players their refunds or player's packages unless they are requested by the player and the necessary address and/or PayPal address is given.
