    0830: is check-in, player pack distribution
    0845: Players meeting (safety brief, introductions to admin staff, people getting their team cards and finding their tees)
    0900: tee-off
    1130: raffle draw, (tentative)
    1145: award ceremony,
    EOD Chef Zalesny will be onsite selling food, and proceeds from the event will go to an EOD charity.
