Is this flex or shotgun start?

Would we play the same holes twice since it is a 9 hole course?

This is a tee time event. You will choose a tee time during registration. The course will be played twice for 18 holes!

2 Questions:
1. I'm assuming the photo for the tourney is last years and you're not giving out last years discs as players packs. Is that correct?
2. Whats the format? Flex Start? Tee Times? Shotgun Start?
