About this tournament
1 round of play
This is a C tier event hosted by the Emporia State Disc Golf Club. It will consist of two rounds at the Peter pan park consisting of 18 holes per round. This will be a shotgun start event. Round two will start approximately one hour after the final card from round one is turned in.
SCORING:
We will be utilizing the PDGA digital scoring platform. One player from each group will need to use their smartphone to take a score. A paper scorecard can be used as a backup to the PDGA digital scoring platform (paper cards will be available at tournament central). All of the players on the card must confirm before submitting the score through the digital scoring platform. Each player will need to enter their PDGA number or name at the end of the round into the scoring application.
ACCESS CODE:
CHILLER this will not be case sensitive. To start your rounds go to www.pdga.com/score.
AWARDS:
Open divisions will receive payout through PayPal within 24 hours after the event. This is a trophy only event for all Amateur divisions, the top 3 finishers in each Amateur division will receive a trophy. Awards will be given out after the second round at tournament central.
DIVISIONS:
Divisions will be finalized two weeks prior to the event date. Any division that does not have 2 or more registered players at this time (2/20/22) will be removed. If your division ends up being removed. You will either be moved to another division or be offered a refund minus a five dollar processing and cancellation fee.
PLAYERS PACK:
Each participant will receive a custom stamped premium plastic Emporia State disc golf club disc.
REFUND POLICY:
If you need to cancel for any event it must be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.
