About this tournament
This is a PDGA C tier event. It will be a two round tournament, shotgun start, with a maximum of 100 players. There are no division caps. Registration will be on a first come basis until each side, Pro and AM, is full. There will be no trophies for this event.
There is a $10 NON REFUNDABLE waitlist fee. If you get in off the waitlist, your $10 will come off the registration and you will be responsible for the balance before the tournament date.
There are no tee sign sponsorships, but there are general sponsorships for this event.
There is an Ace Pot. If that is not hit, the funds raised for that will be put toward the A tier Cool Down in November.
Due to no division caps, there could be mixed cards for each round.
Parking at this location is a premium, so if you are able to carpool....please do that. Gates will be open at sunrise by the parks department. Please do not form a line at the entrance gate. You will have time to arrive, check-in, and warm up prior to the event start.
There are pass through fees for this event. Please see below:
$4 / player will be deducted for course rental fee / green fee for the facility rental
$1 / player will be deducted as a TD fee
A portion of each player registration will be kept as a fundraiser for both the Amateur and Professional A tier events that will happen later in 2025.
By playing this event, or the other warmup events, you are not guaranteed a spot in the A tier event. This is not a play in event and you will not receive priority registration from playing in one or both of the warmup events.
WE WILL HAVE PLAYER PACKS FOR THIS EVENT...for both Pro and AM players. I have partnered with Legends of the Chains (www.legendsofthechains.com) and each player will get a starter deck and a custom card that is only available at this event.
Legends of the Chains is a disc golf card game that is unique and fun for everyone. Thank you to them for allowing me this opportunity.

Cool Down Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
No refunds will be issued after 6/1. Players who withdraw after 6/1, will be given their player pack after the event.
