About this tournament

This event will be held at Panthorn Park in Southington on Sunday, June 26. This is a PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier only open to players age 18 and below. You do not need to be a PDGA member to play this event, so this is the perfect opportunity to introduce a junior player to their first tournament. All players are automatically entered into a $100 ace pot with their registration. There will be no throw off if it is not claimed during the tournament rounds.

We will be following all PDGA Youth Safety Guidelines. This means all players under the age of 13 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian during tournament rounds

Players in the Junior ≤06, Junior ≤08, and Junior ≤10 divisions will play one round on the short layout. Players in the Junior ≤12, Junior ≤15, and Junior ≤18 divisions will play one round on the short layout and one round on the long layout. Players may register for any division their age qualifies them for meaning a Junior ≤10 could play in the Junior ≤12 division if they felt comfortable playing 2 rounds.

We will be providing lunch to all players (and their guardians) in the form of hot dogs / chips / water. There will also be a brief awards ceremony both at lunch and after round 2 so that the younger players are not required to stay the entire day unless desired.
We have set the cost at $40 Junior ≤12, Junior ≤15, and Junior ≤18 divisions and $25 for Junior ≤06, Junior ≤08, and Junior ≤10 divisions.

If you would like to sponsor the event and be able to register early, we are offering up to 24 non-refundable $25 Event Sponsor spots on a first come first serve basis.

Registration opens for sponsors on Monday 3/28 @ 8 PM. General registration will follow on Monday 4/4 @ 8 PM.

Refund policy

CTP Events is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Refunds per PDGA policy (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103) based on a player field of 72. Sponsorship money is non-refundable.

Anyone on the waitlist when online registration closes 6/21/22 @ 8 PM will automatically be refunded.
