Columbus Match Play Championship (Tier 2)

Welcome to the Columbus Match Play Championship. This is the Tier 2 bracket which is gear towards players with a PDGA rating of 915 and under. This event will help raise funds for our Future Champs Fundraiser that we will be running throughout 2021. Our goal with this fundraiser is to help junior players throughout Ohio with their goal of attending the Junior Worlds Championships in Emporia, Kansas in July of 2021. Five dollars from every entry fee will be added to our fundraising efforts.

The first round of the event will start on March 14th and you will have a week (Sun-Sat) to complete each round.

The schedule will be as follows:

Week 1 - Kinslow DGC, Sunbury, Ohio
Week 2 - Veterans Memorial DGC, Hilliard, Ohio
Week 3 - Lobdel Reserve, Alexandria, Ohio
Week 4 - Alum Creek, Galena, Ohio
Week 5 - Brent Hambrick DGC, Westerville, Ohio

Tier 2 will be playing the short tees at all courses.

We will be paying out the final four competitors and the payout will be as follows:

1st: $400
2nd: $200
3rd & 4th: $100

Pre-registration is required and all payouts will be processed via PayPal.

Please remember this bracket is for players with a PDGA rating of 915 or below. To qualify for this bracket you MUST either be a rated PDGA member or have played in one of the Central Ohio Winter Series events in the D3 or below.

If you sign up for the incorrect bracket you will be moved to the Tier 1 bracket (if spots are available) with the option for a refund if you do not want to move. If there are no spots available in the Tier 1 bracket you will be sent a refund.
