Players(not waitlisters) Please check your email. I sent an email yesterday with a waiver I need digitally returned by Wednesday. Players who sent replies Monday if you did not receive an email today that means I got it, I will not be responding to waivers individually.

First of all, my hats off you Tournament Director's for all the issues you have had to deal with related to COVID, and hoops you have had to jump through with the health department. Thank you for all your effort and sacrifices made to make this tournament happen!
For those of us who are on wait list, if not added by Friday, is it possible for to be present Saturday, check in with you as an alternate, and if there is a no-show on a card have the ability to jump on the card in lieu of the absent golfer? I am happy to stand by as an alternate if not called up off wait list. Thanks

*Update 8/21/2020* We have been given the green light to proceed with the event after talking with the North Eastern Colorado Health Department. Officially no Spectators or Caddies will be allowed. Family can walk the paths or hangout in the area but not on the course itself. For those interested in watching we have Feature and Lead Card MPO coverage that will be available for viewing 3-5 weeks after the event on youtube.

Optimist Disc Golf Course baskets should be placed in the pin positions for the Tournament Today August 21st. Please be aware we use a few double up holes for the event so short baskets may still be out there and in the line of play until we get closer to the event. Pessimist is a permanent layout and is set up. Thanks!

They will be painted Thursday before the tourney and touched up daily as needed.

Unfortunately not this year. With the limitations PDGA put on reserved spots for Tee Signs we were unable to offer that to all Tee Sign Sponsors.

Tentative Tee Time Schedules have been posted in the Pictures on the about section of the page. This is only to give you an idea of projected tee times. THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Official Round 1 Tee times will be posted the Thursday Night PRIOR to the event.

Hi Keith they are very strict on our quantity of people on the course at any given moment and we are already teetering at the edge of that limit. Unfortunately we do not have the flexibility to make exceptions.

Pessimist is set in its permanent layout. I don't have a direct answer for Optimist but all but 4 are playable right now. I hope to have an Answer from parks this week on when they will move the ones needed. Thanks.

I have no room to expand the field at this time, We will not be able to host more then 175 Total competitors. It will be up to drops at this time for that to occur. Thanks KH

We are evaluating every divison including FPO. We as are under a strict total player cap at the moment but we have a call with the health department next week that we will see what happens.

As of our initial agreement with the NECHD there will not be spectators allowed. I will follow up with players if that changes come event time, I do not think it will though.

How come people who were waitlisted after me are in and I’m still waitlisted? Is it not a first come basis? Does someone in my division need to drop?

Waitlist is divison based. Divisons had spots held for title and course sponsors that were released to the divisions they were in on July 23rd. Divisions are capped in groupings of 4. We are not allowed groups larger then 4 or over our total player count in order to host this event.
