Hey all!

A couple things:

The caddy books are posted for the event, so if you want to take a look, they are uploaded to the Disc Golf Scene event page.

Important notes for the event - everyone will start at the Lion's Pride Disc Golf Course (La Moille Jr/Sr High School) for round one. Bathrooms are not available for either course, so make sure you stop by a gas station before showing up. A couple things:

The caddy books are posted for the event, so if you want to take a look, they are uploaded to the Disc Golf Scene event page.

Important notes for the event - everyone will start at the Lion's Pride Disc Golf Course (La Moille Jr/Sr High School) for round one. Bathrooms are not available for either course, so make sure you stop by a gas station before showing up. Additionally, be sure to refer to the schedule - check-in starts at 7am, so I'd hate to have people showing up late! After round one, there will be an extended lunch break of 75-90 minutes so people can find places to eat and have enough time to do so comfortably. I believe there are a couple of places in Amboy, but there are certainly places to eat in Mendota as well. Finally, although the weather for Saturday is looking good in the forecast, the course will still likely be cold and damp in the morning, so dress warm, bring towels, and extra pairs of shoes and socks.

Thank you to everyone who came and participated in the Clipper Shootout! It was a great time! The event report is submitted, so hopefully it'll show up on your PDGA rating for this month. Hope to see all of you next year!

Watched the preview of the Lions Pride course. Is there any OB in play, specifically around that track? Looks like a few holes are close to it? Also is there a preview of the other course available if we are not local?

With it looking like we will all be playing in one division. I would like to inform the field that due to the projected weather forecast I will be making my decision whether to play, that morning. I do not want my entry fee return to me.

Just to put this on everyone's radar - meteorologists are predicting an extremely wet period of a couple days mid-week next week. A portion of the disc golf course at Amboy City Park occasionally floods, so I may have to adjust the tournament format if part of the course becomes submerged. As always, stay tuned for more updates.

Just wanted to put this out on everyone's radar - if we have less than 45 players registered for the event when registration closes, we won't split into pools, meaning that everyone will play the same course at the same time. Stay tuned for future correspondences, because I'd hate to have people misinformed when it comes to tournament day.
