Schedule:
Saturday, September 16 - Circle C - Tee times will be posted by 8pm CT the day before the event.
Sunday, September 17 - Roy G - Tee times will be posted approximately 1 hour after the last card finishes.
Pools:
Pool A - MPO, MP40, MP50, MA1
Pool B - everyone else
Layout:
Pool A - Long tees at both courses. Short tee on Hole 12 at Circle C
Pool B - Short tees on both courses.
Fee Breakdown - the listed registration fee is all inclusive, there are no additional fees for the event besides the Ace Pot (optional $5 at registration):
$80/amateur and $100/pro:
-$3 PDGA Fee
-$1 EDGE Donation
-$1 HOTT Tour Fee
-$10 Admin fee (Water/snacks, toilets, professional photography)
-$5 Trophy Fee (Bogey Free Club Custom Trophies)
-$10 Course Fees
Amateur Payout - $20/player in credit
Pro Payout - $70/player via PayPal. $750 cash will be added to the Pro Divisions.
Player Packs - All amateurs will receive a player pack valued at approximately $40. Player packs will include:
- 10 oz bag Big Country Beef Jerky
- Leather Patch designed by LZR Prints
- Goose Promotions Stamped Towel
Trophies - The top 2 players in each division will receive custom trophies from Bogey Free Club.
Ace Pot - The ace pot will start at $240 as a roll over from Battle at the Brazos!
Vendors - We will have a "vendor village" set up at the warm-up area at Roy G and Circle C. If you are interested in vending, you can register online via Disc Golf Scene or by messaging Jacob. Vendor fees are $50/day in cash or $100/day in merchandise (retail value).
Austin Sports Medicine is setting up a tent on Saturday from 8-12 with therapists to screen players and give general health and fitness recommendations. They will have ASM swag and giveaways!
Trail Candy will be taking pictures for the players and filming the lead card! Photos will be posted and sent to players via email once the event is over.
Friday Doubles - Jace will be hosting a Friday doubles event at Circle C! A registration will be posted the week of the event. Entry will be $40/team and $30 will go to cash payout, $5 will go to the ace pot and $5 will go to the course and TD fees. If no ace is hit, the ace pot will roll into the Circle G ace pot.
Refund Policy:
Players will receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before the event if a withdrawal is requested.
Players will receive a 25% refund up to 24 hours before the event if a withdrawal is requested and their spot can be filled via the waitlist.
